These SMS Terms & Conditions govern the text-messaging programs operated by The Stack Technologies LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”) for its products My Refer Buddy and ShopGiv. When you provide your mobile number and affirmatively check the SMS consent box on one of our web lead-capture forms, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing and informational text messages from the applicable program — for example, a link to download the app, onboarding tips, and updates about the service.

2. Consent is not a condition of purchase

Your consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. You may use our products and services without opting in to text messages.

3. Message frequency

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send you one confirmation message and then stop sending SMS messages to you. You will no longer receive text messages from that program unless you opt in again.
