Platform Fee Schedule

Important: ShopGiv does NOT process your customer payments. You handle all customer transactions as you normally do — cash, card, whatever works for your business.

How It Works

When a ShopGiv app user shops at your business, you contribute a small donation (the percentage you set in your profile) to their chosen nonprofit. ShopGiv manages the donation tracking, nonprofit disbursement, and tax receipts.

Launch Phase — No Fees

During ShopGiv's launch phase, there are no platform fees. You get the full value of the platform at zero cost.

Platform fees begin only once ShopGiv reaches 5,000 users on the platform.
We'll notify you well in advance — before any fee is ever charged.
You're free to remove your business from the platform at any time.
