Important: ShopGiv does NOT process your customer payments. You handle all customer transactions as you normally do — cash, card, whatever works for your business.
How It Works
When a ShopGiv app user shops at your business, you contribute a small donation (the percentage you set in your profile) to their chosen nonprofit. ShopGiv manages the donation tracking, nonprofit disbursement, and tax receipts.
Launch Phase — No Fees
During ShopGiv's launch phase, there are no platform fees. You get the full value of the platform at zero cost.
- Platform fees begin only once ShopGiv reaches 5,000 users on the platform.
- We'll notify you well in advance — before any fee is ever charged.
- You're free to remove your business from the platform at any time.
