Privacy Policy — Versions Archive
Historical versions of the AiN Collective Privacy Policy. We retain prior versions to comply with GDPR and US state-level privacy laws.
Current: v1.2 — effective May 14, 2026. Adds explicit aggregate-triangulation disclosure for Neighborhoods telemetry: analytics infrastructure may infer approximate home-address location (neighborhood resolution, typically 0.5–1.5 miles) from address-bound telemetry as an aggregate property of records rather than a stored discrete field.
- v1.1 — effective May 9, 2026 (added Wellbeing crisis-signal classification, tone-adjustment classification, conversation style profile, running-gag memory, personality engagement caps, Adult-Mode lock-screen push redaction; superseded by v1.2).
- v1.0 — effective May 5, 2026 (initial canonical Policy; superseded by v1.1).
When the Policy is materially revised, prior versions are archived here as immutable PDFs at /privacy/versions/<date>.pdf. Counsel-attested PDFs replace the inline links above as they are produced.
