Privacy Policy — Versions Archive
Historical versions of the AiN Collective Privacy Policy. We retain prior versions to comply with GDPR and US state-level privacy laws.
Current: v1.3 — effective August 4, 2026. Adds the “Connected social accounts” disclosure (§2.4): with a business’s explicit OAuth authorization, ShopGiv’s optional social publishing tools publish posts the business composes or approves to its connected Meta, LinkedIn, and Google Business Profile accounts and read back post-performance insights on the business’s behalf; documents the OAuth tokens stored, that insights are shown only to the owning business and never sold, how to disconnect, and token-deletion-on-disconnect. Adds Meta and LinkedIn to the §4.2 service-provider table.
- v1.2 — effective May 14, 2026 (added aggregate-triangulation disclosure for Neighborhoods telemetry: analytics infrastructure may infer approximate home-address location at neighborhood resolution, typically 0.5–1.5 miles, as an aggregate property of records rather than a stored discrete field; superseded by v1.3).
- v1.1 — effective May 9, 2026 (added Wellbeing crisis-signal classification, tone-adjustment classification, conversation style profile, running-gag memory, personality engagement caps, Adult-Mode lock-screen push redaction; superseded by v1.2).
- v1.0 — effective May 5, 2026 (initial canonical Policy; superseded by v1.1).
When the Policy is materially revised, prior versions are archived here as immutable PDFs at /privacy/versions/<date>.pdf. Counsel-attested PDFs replace the inline links above as they are produced.
