Privacy Policy — Versions Archive

Current: v1.4 — effective October 20, 2026. Adds the website-analytics disclosure: §2.2 and §13 now state that strandedmotoristfund.org and shopgiv.com use Google Analytics 4, which sets first-party analytics cookies, on public pages only. §13 adds strandedmotoristfund.org to the domains it covers and records that analytics are not run on the SMF caseworker, administrator, school-partner, repair-shop, estimate-review or applicant case-status pages, that web addresses are stripped of their query string before being sent to Google, and that Consent Mode denies analytics storage by default for UK and EEA visitors. Adds Google Analytics to the §4.2 service-provider table.

• v1.3 — effective August 4, 2026 (added the “Connected social accounts” disclosure (§2.4): with a business’s explicit OAuth authorization, ShopGiv’s optional social publishing tools publish posts the business composes or approves to its connected Meta, LinkedIn, and Google Business Profile accounts and read back post-performance insights on the business’s behalf; documented the OAuth tokens stored, that insights are shown only to the owning business and never sold, how to disconnect, and token-deletion-on-disconnect; added Meta and LinkedIn to the §4.2 service-provider table; superseded by v1.4).
• v1.2 — effective May 14, 2026 (added aggregate-triangulation disclosure for Neighborhoods telemetry: analytics infrastructure may infer approximate home-address location at neighborhood resolution, typically 0.5–1.5 miles, as an aggregate property of records rather than a stored discrete field; superseded by v1.3).
• v1.1 — effective May 9, 2026 (added Wellbeing crisis-signal classification, tone-adjustment classification, conversation style profile, running-gag memory, personality engagement caps, Adult-Mode lock-screen push redaction; superseded by v1.2).
• v1.0 — effective May 5, 2026 (initial canonical Policy; superseded by v1.1).

When the Policy is materially revised, prior versions are archived here as immutable PDFs at /privacy/versions/<date>.pdf. Counsel-attested PDFs replace the inline links above as they are produced.
