7. Launch Period Fee Terms
How ShopGiv Works:ShopGiv does not process your customer transactions. You continue to handle all customer payments as you normally do. When a ShopGiv app user makes a purchase at your business, you donate a small percentage of that sale to the user's chosen nonprofit. ShopGiv facilitates this donation process.
Temporary Fee Waiver:All platform fees — including subscription and donation-based fees — are temporarily waived during ShopGiv's launch period. This waiver allows you to experience the platform's full value at zero cost.
Fee Implementation:Following the launch period, small platform fees may be introduced in stages. You will receive a complete fee schedule and a minimum of thirty (30) days' advance written notice before any fees take effect.
Right to Withdraw: You may withdraw from ShopGiv without penalty at any time, provided written notice is submitted prior to any fee effective date.
